A special recipe on How to Make Delicious & Cheesy Chipotle Sliders

Ingredients Needed: (Feeds 4-8 hungry adults)

        • 1 large skillet & 1 large bowl

        • Ground Beef Chuck (3lbs) *can also modify using Ground Turkey or soy

        • 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese *you can modify (to cut calories) by cutting this portion in half

        • 2 cups of Mayonnaise *you can modify (to cut calories) by cutting this portion in half

        • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

        • 1 packet of Onion soup mix

        • 1 can of Chipotle peppers in Adobo Sauce (see pic)

        • 1-2 bags of Hawaiian bread rolls

        • add seasoned salt to taste

Have I told you how awesome my husband is at cooking? I love his cooking. I think he learned it from his dad or something, but he just has a great sense of taste and knows how to make yummy food! Grant it, it probably isn’t the healthiest of foods, but what is life without enjoying delicious food?!? Last weekend he whipped up some awesome recipes that I can’t wait to share with you all!
